Joe Fry has served many churches throughout the years. In 2003 he was approached about starting a new church in the Ukiah Valley, Crossroads Christian Church. A number of years later, he stepped down as Senior Pastor and became the Pastor Emeritus for the church. However, currently, he has stepped back in as intentional interim pastor until a permanent pastor can be found.
