We currently have a class for children in K-5th grade students during Sunday morning worship service.

Photo Permission Slip

All children under the age of 18 must have a photo permission slip on file at the church office before their photo can be put on our church website or any media related items. Please fill out the form (see link below) and file the photo permission slip with the church office. Thanks for your cooperation.
